A Certain Scientific Accelerator / Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator

One distinguished esper of level 5, the rank which is considered to a few of the most powerful ones, 7 to be exact, among million others. The highest of level 5 espers is our protagonist, "Accelerator". Along with a cheerful little girl of about 11 years, a level 3 asper, "Last order".

FIRST IMPRESSION

This anime at the inking seemed like an overpowered action anime but incomparable to shows such as "One punch man' or "Mob psycho 100". About anime as whole they did a fine job in episode 1 upon executing on what grounds this anime will revolve around, and from my reasoning it'd be 40% action and 60% fanservice and loli, centring the main protagonist.
Involvement of military and gore is what I'm actually rooting for and probably most of the fans. Blending with those feature makes is kind of hard to materialize the provided inputs of certain anime. With those in accomodation the plot/story opens many other dimensions to move on, like if the main guy radicalise to assault terror and the main attention is shifted to the situation rather than on main character then I'd definitely await to continue watching more episodes of its.

As about "Accelerator", the main protagonist he doesn't seem like a guy having singular or particular belief which shall mustn't be broken. To me it seemed like he is a character just for the amusement of fans by being a cool and powerful centred character. He is caring as well as kind of ignorant, with at his place is cool. There is this one more character, "Last order" a caring bean of 10-11 years, a loli to be exact for whom I'm kind of curious to expound more, her in action and all. Perhaps she'd be the reason for me to stick to this anime for a longer period.

SYNOPSIS

Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator focuses on the strongest Level 5 after he protects the cheerful Last Order at the price of much of his power. Recovering at the hospital, Accelerator has led a relatively quiet life until he ends up saving the life of Estelle Rosenthal, a mysterious girl carrying a photo of Last Order. Unfortunately, Accelerator now finds himself dragged into a new conflict in the form of a sinister organization called Disciplinary Action which plots to use Last Order for a dangerous mission. Now that they have set their plan into motion and are in pursuit of the young girl, it's up to the world's most powerful esper and his newfound companion to protect Last Order and defend Academy City in the process. [synopsis source: myanimelist.com]

ANIMATION

J.C. Staff's animations. Animation is decent, suiting the genre and also not for the 17 years and below kids xD They did a nice job picking the kind of animation they are to use when it's about action and stuffs. Even though the anime is contrasted in future, there aren't too stylish fashioned cloth designs/characters, neither the use of highly colourful monochrome or dapple colours which makes things classic and that I find fair. Same goes for the character design, it's classic, Last order's cheeks are pretty attractive too xD

SOUND AND MUSIC

Okamoto Nobuhiko and Hidaka Rina are doing Accelerator and Last order, respectively. Accelerator's voice is quite heavy which makes him sound like an evil guy which probably he isn't and that could be used as an medium to build a more interesting instances. As for Last order's voice, similar to what a loli sounds like, likeable.
As about the music, I can't say it's good, I honestly didn't like it, they definitely didn't invested much on music section with makes it fall under "skip-able" category. It honestly sounds like an instrumental of some indie song.

CONCLUSION

I'd say it's not a kind of anime which a passionate action shounen genre lover would love but if you're planning a break from mainstream animes this would definitely do that trick, it won't be too disappointing in my opinion.
