1. Synopsis
Ex-soldier Juuzou Inui has one question—who turned him into a cyborg and erased his memories? After the war, cyborg soldiers known as the Extended were discharged. Juzo Inui is one of them, a man whose body was transformed, his head replaced with a giant gun! With no memory of his previous life—or who replaced his head and why—Inui now scratches out a living in the dark streets of the city as a Resolver, taking on cases involving the Extended. When a fellow Extended showed up in Inui's office—on the run from the Security Bureau with a kidnapped child in tow and asking for help—Inui should have just thrown the guy out. But Inui's loyalty to a brother Extended makes him take the job. Keeping the child safe won't be easy, since everyone seems to want to grab him, from street punks to the megacorporation Berühren, who have sent out a special agent that knows exactly how to deal with the Extended...
2. First Impression
It's like someone went to my past when I was of 14 and drew the imagination of mine on the paper. I mean who doesn't use to love a body equipped with all kinds of Guns and weapon.
To me after watching first episode, this show layed a decent impression, how? Because I'm a fan of anything with connects with War and Action which forsooth is with, "No Gun Life". Now now, it don't have the feature of war but also gives the feel of a not-happy-go-lucky show. This Anime tries to break down the reality of it'd be after when there's a war and many humans are extended with having parts of various kind of weapons. Not being a PG-13 show will also help because yeah if there's Action then PG-13 is just a disaster happening.
Characters. The guy with a Gun-head, literally there's a gun in the place of his head, kind of seemed childish at first but after a while it started looking more and more cool lol. As about character design, not every main character is described in first episode, but Ex-soldier Juuzou Inui (the gun-head guy) seems a very likeable person to me, having a personality of both serious and a man with principles, standards or what do they say, Values. Moreover he is kind of Shy as well. I'm really hooked up with the character design of Juuzou and can't wait to see more of him.
