1. SYNOPSIS

Small physique is never advantageous in basketball. Sora, who was not chosen as a junior high school student because of his height, swelled in the high school basketball club and entered Kuzuryu High School, commonly known as Kuzu High School. However, the basketball is almost out of function . It was not an environment where I could play basketball. However, the sky is the amount of heat to the basketball, and it grows together while colliding with the members of the high school basketball club. How does the Kuzaka Basketball Club face up to every difficulty faced one after another !??

"Ahiru no Sora" (weekly Shonen Magazine series / Kodansha) , a basketball manga that draws the appearance of high school students working on basketball based on Takeshi Hinata . Total number of copies 24 million part of the popular work more than is, 15 years after the series start, the long-awaited first television animated!

2. FIRST IMPRESSION

I wasn't a really big fan of Sport Anime. I'll be honest, before the premiere of Haikyuu. Inazuma Eleven was the only sport Anime for me. However, Haikyuu changed it all, giving Sport Anime a league of its own in the eyes of mine. Lol let's not only talk about the success of Haikyuu, because I can go forever we are on it. So, about 'Ahiru no Sora', I'll be very honest, if you're on the same pathway as me, like expecting Ahiru no Sora to be as good as Haikyuu, then first few episodes might descend your expectations a little. However, this Anime has its own values and sections to accelerate, obviously character development and sportiness is only two among them.

So far I'm having a decent time watching the Anime, plot is a little slow but it's alright. Manga is running pretty big as well. The thing I loved most about this Anime is the room for character development, which is must for almost any Sport Anime. There are characters who don't even know how to play Basketball, there are those who left playing the game for some reason and there are those as well who is pretty good at it. Seeing them all under a same shell, forming a team with the people who are pretty much thugs, the story sound pretty interesting to me. I can't wait for more episodes to premiere! And above all seeing a normal basketball anime without some superpower and things.. Really motivates me to go and try Basketball more in real life.

4. STAFF

Originally created by Takeshi Hinata and is publishing in Kodansha "Weekly Shonen Magazine" series. The Anime is Directed by Shingo Tamaki, same guy who did "Aho Girl" and the 8th episode of "Owarimonogatari" both are quite memorable in my eyes, despite the fact that Shingo Tamaki never showed much interest in Sport Anime. We just gotta how it's going to turn out.

As about main voice characters,

Kurumaya Sky: Kaji Yuki
Hanazono Hanaharu: Yuma Uchida
Chiaki Hanazono: Katsuyuki Konishi
Kenji Natsume: Kisho Taniyama
Kaname Shigeyoshi: Mamoru Miyano
Shinichi Yasuhara: Taku Yatsushiro
